1. Signing In For The First Time
1.1 How do I sign in to view my account?
To be able to sign in to your account you should receive an email with a link to enable you to enter a new password. You should also receive an email with your pin. 1.2 I'm having trouble signing in

2.1 Who can I contact if I have problems with the Online login service?

2.2 Use of the "Back" Button and "Forward" Buttons
Due to the dynamic nature of most of the content of this web site, the use of the Back and Forward browser button may cause an error. This is due to the fact that the content in the requested pages may have expired. Please avoid using these buttons and resort only to navigation available from within the web site.
3.1 How secure is Logging Online?
Security is our top priority. Your financial information is protected by your user ID (email address), password and an automatic time-out, which ensures that if there is no activity after a period of time, your session is terminated to prevent unauthorised access. An additional security feature, your PIN, has also been included to ensure the highest level of security. This PIN number is provided to you by email and cannot be modified, however, you may change your password. Your user ID (email address), password and PIN must be entered each time you logon to the Online Logon service.

4.1 What do I need to use the Logon service?

4.2 What are the minimum requirements for a PC?

4.4 What is a "cookie", and why should I allow them to function on my browser?

For this web site your user ID should be your email address. The auto-complete function on your browser should be disabled, to avoid the automatic completion when you type in your user ID. DO NOT share your password or PIN with anyone and make sure to store written passwords in a safe place.
4.7 What steps should I take to ensure that my password is safe?
Select a password that cannot be easily guessed by anyone else. Do not associate your password with anything personal such as birthdays, names, phone numbers or other common words. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of numbers (0-9), and letters (A-Z, a-z), with no spaces. Try to memorise your password. Never write it down or reveal it to anyone. If you cannot remember the password, you should disguise the password and keep it in a safe place separate from your computer and account details of your bank or credit cards. Remember: no one at Blevins Franks International will ever ask you for your PIN or password. Change your password on a regular basis e.g. every 30 days.

This needs to be updated regularly to ensure that you have the latest protection. To prevent viruses or other unwanted problems, do not open attachments from unknown or untrustworthy sources. Do not install pirated software. If your computer is always connected to the internet (eg. via a cable modem) consider getting firewall software or if you are using Windows XP activate the firewall. Know everyone who uses your computer and limit unauthorised access.
