Due to the dynamic nature of most of the content of this web site, the use of the Back and Forward browser button may cause an error. Security is our top priority. Your user ID (email address), and password must be entered each time you logon to the Online Logon service.
3.2 Can I exit by closing the browser window?
We strongly recommend that you logoff properly, by clicking the log out button. This is because your account may still appear as in use if it is not logged off properly.

Select a password that cannot be easily guessed by anyone else. Do not associate your password with anything personal such as birthdays, names, phone numbers or other common words. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of numbers (0-9), and letters (A-Z, a-z), with no spaces. Try to memorise your password. Never write it down or reveal it to anyone. If you cannot remember the password, you should disguise the password and keep it in a safe place separate from your computer and account details of your bank or credit cards. Remember: no one at Blevins Franks International will ever ask you for your PIN or password. Change your password on a regular basis e.g. every 30 days.
4.8 Are there any other security tips I should be aware of?
If you suspect any unusual account activity or if the last logon time-stamp is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Also install virus detection software on your computer. This needs to be updated regularly to ensure that you have the latest protection. To prevent viruses or other unwanted problems, do not open attachments from unknown or untrustworthy sources. Do not install pirated software. If your computer is always connected to the internet (eg. via a cable modem) consider getting firewall software or if you are using Windows XP activate the firewall. Know everyone who uses your computer and limit unauthorised access.
